Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Secure Packaging

Place the item in its original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to ensure it is protected during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected for quality, we will process your refund or send out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
